Tequila Mockingbird

This one is for my husband, whose favourite jokes are often puns. Which fittingly is the basis for tomorrow’s cocktail, Ground for Divorce.

2 oz. Tequila

1/2 oz. Peppermint Schapps

1/3 oz. Triple Sec

1/2 oz. Lime Juice

1/4 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake with ice and pour into a coupe glass.
