Thursday’s cocktail is The French Pearl. Lovely drink, perfect for summer, great name for a sex toy.

2 oz. Gin

1/4 oz. Pernod

3/4 oz. Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass, and have a very enjoyable evening.
